Gandy Company stands behind its products and wants every customer to have a product that provides exceptional value.

HELPFUL TIPS

  • CHECK BOX IMMEDIATELY
    • Inspect your shipment. Check the box for external damage. Refuse the shipment if damaged.
    • Open the packaging and check for concealed damage. Contact Gandy if any is found.
    • Verify that all items on your order are enclosed.  
  • TEST PRODUCT WITHIN TWO WEEKS
    • Test product use to verify all is functioning as expected. 
    • Report issues with product use within 14 days of receiving shipment.
    • If you contact us within 14 days, we can negotiate the return window.
  • WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR PARTS
    • Follow the instructions below for returning parts products.
  • WITHIN 180 days (6 months) FOR WARRANTY
    • Contact Gandy to make a warranty claim (see warranty information below)

If Your Product Arrives Damaged

The shipping carrier is responsible for all externally visible and concealed damage. Therefore, if there is visible damage, refuse the shipment and do not sign for it or take delivery. All products become the property of the purchaser (you) upon delivery, so it’s best to refuse delivery if you can see or hear that there is damage.

If the shipment has concealed damage, notify Gandy immediately at the phone number above, and we will assist you in getting the issue resolved.

Shipping Errors - Wrong or Missing Items

Report any difference between your ordered and received items to Gandy Company as soon as possible and within two weeks. If all representatives are busy, please leave a message (including name, daytime phone number, and shipper number (if you have it)) and we will return your call and assist you.

Returning Products 

  • Products must be unused, defective, or damaged in transit (and must not have had gas or oil, seeds, chemicals or fertilizer in it) to be returned.
    • Incompatibility with your other equipment is not a defect
  • Parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange and must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  • Warranty items must be returned within 180 days (6 months) of receipt for refund or exchange and must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  • Call Gandy Company for a return authorization number (RMA). Tell us during that call if you’d like an exchange or refund.
  • A return material authorization number (RMA) must be clearly written on the front of the original packing list that was sent with the order and placed inside the carton where it can easily be located and identified – Gandy Company does not accept returns without the original packing slip with the RMA number clearly written on it.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned product that is not defective or damaged by shipping. If additional rework is required due to improper packaging upon return, it will reduce the amount of your credit.
  • Processing your return will take up to 14 days. 
  • Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
  • Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is determined, by Gandy Company, to be defective or originally damaged in transit.

All returned wholesale goods and parts may be subject to quality, operation, and/or performance tests by Gandy Company or by a third party authorized by Gandy Company.

IF

  • a product has had gas in the tank or oil added to it
  • a product has had seed, chemicals or fertilizer run through it

it can not be shipped back and must be repaired/returned via a Gandy dealer.

Back-Order Policy

If you request a replacement product that is an out-of-stock good or part, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. Gandy Company will not charge your credit card for back-ordered items until we ship your order. Products on back-order will be shipped using the shipping method you chose. If you would like to change your shipping method, please send an email to sales@gandy.net  and we will change it for you.

Gandy Limited Warranty Policy - All Products Except Parts

Register to Validate Your Warranty

The Gandy Company warrants all material and workmanship on equipment delivered to be free of defects for a period of six months from date of original purchase. Any part or parts thought to be defective within these warranty periods are to be returned by the customer or through your servicing dealer to the Gandy Company's plant. 

Customer or dealer must receive authorization from Gandy Company to return items under warranty. A return material authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the packing slip and on all packages returned to the factory. If found defective by Gandy Company, replacement parts will be forwarded free of charge, prepaid. No service charge or expense on the equipment will be allowed unless such expense has been previously authorized in writing by the Gandy Company.

Serial number and model of the unit involved is required by the Gandy Company on all warranty claims. Gandy Company policy is to improve products whenever it is practical to do so. It reserves the right to make changes or add improvements at any time without incurring any obligation to make such changes on products sold previously. This warranty does not apply to products altered by users after the point of manufacture.

This warranty against defects in material and workmanship is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and there are no other warranties of any kind whatsoever including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages whether for breach of warranty, for breach or repudiation of any other term or condition hereof, or for negligence, on the basis of strict liability, or for any other reason.
